<p>1 tbl vanilla</p>
<p>150ml olive oil</p>
<p>200g caster sugar</p>
<p>1/2 tsp bicard of soda</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>beat eggs and olive oil until froffy, add dry ingredients and vanilla, then add sugar. beat for 3-4 min. bake on 170*c for 45min in a round spring form tin. ( make sure tin is lined and greased)</p>

<p>3/4 cup cream</p>
<p>20 savoiardi lady fingers</p>
<p>dark chocolate for coating</p>
<p>whisk egg yokes and 3 tbl sugar over lightly boiling water until triple the volume, add mascapone cheese off the heat. whip cream until stiff peaks form. fold cream into mixture.</p>
<p>pour espresso coffee and remaining sugar in a flat bowl. dip lady fingers in coffee and slowly layer them in-between cream mixture. finish dish off with a generous amount of shaved chocolate. best done the day before serving.</p>

<li>4 asparagus</li>

<p>Recipe:</p>
<ol>
<li>Heat cooking oil in a pan on low heat</li>
<li>Chop garlic and onion</li>
<li>Cook until lightly golden</li>
<li>Chop and add asparagus</li>
<li>Cook for 5 minutes</li>
<li>Remove pan from heat and transfer contents to large bowl</li>
<li>Add flour, eggs, creamed corn, corn kernels, spinach, parmigiano and parsley to bowl</li>
<li>Mix ingredients until well combined</li>
<li>Heat oil in frypan until it bubbles, then turn down to medium heat</li>
<li>Spoon mixture in (one-by-one) and cook on either side</li>
<li>Remove when golden-brown</li>

<li>1 tbsp. cacao powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp. protein powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp. warm water</li>
<li>2 tbsp. shredded coconut</li>
<li>½ cup shredded coconut (to roll in)</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Recipe:</p>
<ol>
<li>Line a baking tray with baking paper</li>
<li>Pit dates, then cover with a cup of warm water</li>
<li>Place all nuts, coconut oil, cacao powder, protein powder, dates, water and shredded coconut in a blender</li>
<li>Pulse a few times, until the consistency becomes ‘crumb-like’</li>
<li>Add the remaining shredded coconut to a separate bowl</li>
<li>Wet hands</li>
<li>Scoop one heap spoon from the blender with a tablespoon, and roll into a ball</li>
<li>Roll the ball in shredded coconut</li>
<li>Repeat steps 7 and 8</li>
<li>Place balls on tray and refrigerate for 6 hours</li>
